We are looking for a talented **MACHINIST ENG PROTOTYPING LAB** to join our team specializing in **ENGINEERING** for our **CUMMINS MOTORES** in **San Luis Potosí, SLP, México** . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Identify, report and correct job-related hazards. + Participate in the training and promotion of an interdependent safety and health culture. + Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and follow environmental standards to minimize negative impacts. + Configure and operate machine tools, including CNC, lathes, and milling machines, to manufacture parts to specifications. (Programming G and M codes) + Execute quality inspections and document preventive and corrective maintenance processes and activities. + Analyze equipment failures and participate in preventive maintenance to optimize uptime. + Design tools and clamping devices, supporting the development of machining processes in the manual methods laboratory (R&D Center). + Train other team members and act as a technical resource. + Actively participate in process improvement and material flow optimization. + Maintain effective communication with assigned teams and support areas. + Design machining processes, schedule machining centers, and collaborate with suppliers to meet business objectives. + Perform additional tasks based on business needs.
