**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes, drill presses, saws, and grinders.
+ Maintain machine components in excellent working condition.
+ Ensure all tooling complies with safety standards and regulations.
+ Sharpen and maintain knives, scissors, and other cutting tools.
+ Service steel rule dies by sharpening blades and replacing punches.
+ Perform basic mold repairs, such as fixing marks, updating date codes, and creating simple tools.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and other tool design documentation accurately.
+ Fabricate and modify basic tooling and components as needed.
+ Recommend process improvements to supervisors to enhance efficiency.
+ Conduct basic inspections to ensure precision and quality.
+ Use a variety of hand and power tools effectively for various tasks.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ 3-5 years of hands-on machining experience within fast-paced manufacturing settings.
+ Must be able to understand sophisticated manual and CNC machines including vertical and 3-axis milling, lathe/mill combination machines, and engine lathes operations.
+ The ability to read, write, and speak English.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship will not be provided).
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Strong teamwork skills with a proven ability to collaborate optimally in dynamic environments.
+ 5+ years of hands-on machining experience within fast-paced manufacturing settings.
+ Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
+ Capability to lift at least 20 lbs. to transfer material to a scale or table.
+ Ability to reach into tight spaces within a machine.
