Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime. The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America. In addition, IPF works with our global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products across the globe. Use manual and/or program and use CNC machinery and other equipment and tools and follow established processes and procedures to safely, efficiently and expeditiously produce quality parts. The duties include, but may not be limited to the following: · With assistance, program, set up and operate manual or CNC machines to produce quality parts per engineering specifications and drawings. · Read production orders to verify quality standards for quantities and specifications. · Perform inspection checks in accordance with quality standards and procedures. · Monitor machine operation and material availability. · Maintain documentation on materials and processes. · Verify that production parts and processes conform to applicable work instructions. · Maintain a safe and clean operating area. · Follow the 5S system. TOOLS · Calipers. · Micrometers. · Forklift. · Overhead crane and hoist. · Fixtures. · Pneumatic hand tools. · Basic hand tools. · Tool and die machinery. The minimum qualifications required include, but may not be limited to, the following: · At least, 1-year CNC machining (mill and/or lathe) experience, preferred. · Familiar with CNC controller functions, programming, tooling, part holding (fixtures) and machine set-up. · Ability to demonstrate basic turning and milling operations. · Experience with pneumatic hand tools and equipment, preferred. · Basic shop math and trigonometry. · Ability to work in a team environment. · Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. · Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. · Ability to convert to metric and standard weights and measures. · Ability to read measuring devices. · Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. · Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. · Forklift operation, ability to pass an in-house certification and clean driving record, a plus. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE · High School Diploma and/or GED. · Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
