Available Shifts:
Position 1: WIRE EDM experience =Afternoon Shift: 3:50pm – 1:50am Mon-Thurs; 4, 10 hour days Position 2: Grinder experience =Afternoon Shift: 3:50pm – 1:50am Mon-Thurs; 4, 10 hour daysPosition 1: Machinist Programmer II - CAM and WIRE EDM Experience Program and operate WIRE EDM machines using CAM software. Retrieve and interrogate model files using CAD/CAM and associated software Create up to 2 ½ axis programs for basic machine components through the use of CAM software Interpret technical blueprints and CAD models to develop machining processes. Set up and maintain WIRE EDM equipment. Perform quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy. Position 2: Machinist Programmer II - Grinder Experience Program and operate grinding machines to produce precision parts. Interpret technical blueprints and CAD models to develop grinding processes. Set up and maintain grinding equipment. Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
All positions:
Develop, document, and improve current processes and equipment Participate in troubleshooting and analysis of problems to rapidly identify, evaluate, propose, and implement solutions Analyze, conclude and recommend new or revised processes or products to improve safety, quality, service and efficiency Read part sketches, assembly prints, engineering drawings, technical materials, and machine stock materials to design specifications Inspect machined parts using precision inspection instruments and gauges Improvise temporary fixtures in order to perform machining and/or assembly operations
