As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards, improving efficiency, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate HAAS CNC mill and lathe. + Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to program and machine parts to specifications. + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure smooth operation. + Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure high-quality production. + Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve product quality. + Document and track production progress, including machine settings, tool usage, and material consumption. + Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and machine parts. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience (2+ years) as a CNC machinist in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of CNC machining principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. + Proficiency with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code). + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. + Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality control procedures. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. + Strong communication and teamwork skills. + Knowledge of multi-axis CNC machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining preferred. + Experience with welding, including welding stainless steel. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
