**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Foreman with experience in forklift and telehandler operations. The ideal candidate will be Magni certified and proficient in rigging and flagging, with the ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts and telehandlers safely and efficiently. + Perform rigging and flagging tasks as needed. + Lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds. + Read and interpret blueprints for construction projects. + Oversee and coordinate framing and installation activities. + Use hand tools and measuring tools accurately. + Ensure compliance with OSHA 10 safety standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in forklift and telehandler operations. + Magni certification. + Proficiency in rigging and flagging. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation. + Experience with construction, framing, and installation. + Proficiency with hand tools and measuring tools. + OSHA 10 certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in carpentry and saw operation. + Ability to perform heavy lifting. + Strong measuring and cutting skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values strong culture and offers excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
