Mail Coordinator
Job Title: Mailroom and Sample Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mailroom and Sample Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, facilitate communication between internal teams, and maintain sample room and storage facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and take pride in ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.

ResponsibilitiesReceive all inbound shipments (small parcel and freight) from the mailroom and distribute to appropriate parties.Unwrap, photograph, and handle samples for time-sensitive development and sales projects.Facilitate communication between internal teams as necessary.Work with local warehouse staff to acquire or store samples as requested.Maintain assigned sample room and storage facility spaces in clean and working order.Maintain all tracking documentation associated with parcels.Coordinate outbound shipment needs for the Category Management team to customers, vendors, etc.Assist with special projects as needed.Perform miscellaneous office tasks.Essential SkillsExperience with mailroom operations, data entry, scanning, and sorting.Proficiency with FedEx and UPS shipping software.Strong computer and administrative support skills.Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with FedEx and UPS shipping software.Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite in a mailroom setting. The candidate must have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and take pride in the accurate and attractive shipping of products to customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00
