The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of email security systems and supporting the team in troubleshooting and resolving any issues. **What you'll be doing** Key Responsibilities: + Administer and manage the Mail Hygiene systems, including configuration changes and updates. + Provide second-level support to Technical Support Engineers in resolving complex issues related to Mail Hygiene. + Ensure continuous operation of email security systems and participate in proactive monitoring and maintenance. Required Qualifications: + Minimum of three (3) years of IT experience, with at least two (2) years of experience supporting a large-scale Messaging environment. + Strong knowledge of Mail Hygiene security practices, demonstrated through relevant industry certifications such as Cisco Email Security or equivalent.
