**Overview** Keswick Mailroom Schedule 8 am arrival, review emails 830 am check dock for pallets that have arrived after shift 9am deliver packages that were not delivered the previous day 1015 am UPS truck arrives, sort packages. 1030 am FedEx truck arrives, sort packages. 11 am scan packages/ write up receiving package log 1145 am sort packages and load delivery cart for north & south building deliveries 12 pm start delivering mail and packages to building suites 12 pm FedEx Ground packages delivery 1215 pm USPS truck arrives, sort mail & packages; write up packages & certified mail log 1230 pm pick up out going mail throughout north & south buildings while delivering to each suite 130 pm sort USPS mail 2pm Deliver mail to the north & south buildings along with more packages 3 pm check dock for new arriving pallets & packages and log in 330 pm write up packages and prepare for next day deliveries 4pm end of shift Must be able to lift packages 25-30lbs Utilize cart or hand truck for larger deliveries Organized and self-motivated Computer ability to tract and send packages. Pay Rate: $17.00 hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
