Job Description Summary

In the mail clerk role, you will maintain an accurate and orderly mail delivery system. You will label incoming and outgoing packages, envelopes, and other delivery items.

Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to ensure that mail items are promptly delivered to the correct recipients.

Retrieves and organizes the mail, including packages, by department and category.Delivers mail to correct department or recipient.Forwards misdirected mail.Prepares documents and other items for shipping.Weighs mail and calculates correct postage.
