About The Role MagnaCare is seeking Team Lead for the Mailroom. Primary Responsibilities + Outline daily task, priorities and projects with co-workers as needed. + Communicate with management daily on completion of daily tasks, projects, shipments, inventory, etc. + Sort Incoming mail. + Daily printing assignments. + Daily certified mail tracking and reporting.  + Prep, Scan and Log correspondence and appeals.  + Photocopy and scan documents. + Prep documents and packages for mailing. + Apply postage to outgoing mail. + Create ground and overnight shipments via FedEx or UPS. + Perform Mailroom Courier duties, when necessary,  which include the delivery of packages to departments, driving company vehicle to post office and multiple MagnaCare offices. + Performs various other clerical duties as required. + Utilizing mailroom machinery.   + Responsible for tracking and reordering supplies. + Answer mailroom phone. + Convert medical records from disc to PDF file. Essential Qualifications + Must be a High School graduate. + Previous clerical experience preferred. + Ability to work as part of a team. + Strong attention to detail. + Valid NYS Driver License. + Ability to lift/move heavy boxes. + Microsoft Suite knowledge.
