Foth is seeking a dedicated and versatile Mailroom and Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom and maintaining our facilities to the highest standards. Qualified candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, are detail-oriented and can travel as needed (up to 5%). General Duties: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.Provide excellent customer service to members.Adjust schedule to support the Service Manager.Support corporate events, including after-hours setup and takedown.Mailroom Duties:Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.Prepare and send outgoing mail, including certified mail and managing postage.Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom.Track and log incoming and outgoing packages.Manage interoffice mail and communications.Operate a forklift to unload semi-trailers.Complete DOT Hazmat Training and certification.Send PPE to new members and locations.Building Maintenance Duties: Conduct routine inspections and complete service tickets.Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, painting).Monitor and maintain HVAC systems.Conduct safety checks, including fire alarm systems and emergency exits.Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.Set up workstations for new members.Manage IT recycling programs and shipping schedules.Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.Travel and Remote Location Duties: Travel to other company locations for building inspections and maintenance.Perform minor repairs at remote locations.Coordinate with local staff to address maintenance issues.Be available for emergency response at remote locations.Required Qualifications: 5 years of building maintenance experience.Previous experience with Microsoft Office products.Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).DOT Hazmat certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in mailroom operations.CPR and First Aid certification.
