Job Title: Print Production and Mailroom AssociateMUST HAVE + High school diploma or GED + 1-2 years of related work experience + Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal industry is highly desired + Some related copy job experience is preferred + Professionalism and strong customer service skills Job Description This cross-functional role primarily involves print production, with additional responsibilities in the mailroom, shipping/receiving, and hospitality services. The successful candidate will process and scan mail, deliver mail and packages, and operate large print equipment as needed. Responsibilities + Handle print production tasks and operate large print equipment. + Process and scan incoming mail. + Deliver mail and packages within the facility. + Assist with shipping and receiving tasks. + Provide hospitality services as required. Essential Skills + Mailroom operations + Data entry + Filing + Scanning + Customer service Work Environment The position is based in a business center mailroom for a law firm, working Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm EST. The dress code is business casual, with no jeans or sportswear allowed. Timekeeping is managed through VMS, with guidance available from the account manager. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.46 - $19.46/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
