\nJob Details:
\n\n Training is on the job for 2 to 4 weeks. Will need to be willing to cross train in all areas.\n Work schedule is 8:00am but may start as early as 7:00am if production requires until 5:30pm, M-F with occasional OT on Saturdays. \n Employee will be responsible for the sorting, prepping, and scanning of up to two thousand (2000) insurance claims and documentation that come into our mailroom daily.\n May be required to provide data entry for said documents into our clients’ system log for most or all of your scheduled workday.\n Perform repetitive duties in a high-speed environment such as removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents or copying document types and inserting the appropriate patch sheets to separate the claims.\n Claims will need to be placed into bins which is based on the sorting rules and policies.\n May be responsible for processing and logging up to seven hundred (700) checks daily into our clients’ system-strong attention to detail and data entry skills is required.\n Ability to read and follow directions thoroughly as outlined by our clients’ requirements and requests.\n Employees may periodically lift boxes up to 20lbs and/or move with use of carts or pallet jacks if needed. \n\nBenefits:

\n\n Must be at least 18 years of age or older.\n Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability. \n Strong attention to detail is required for this role.\n Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as OUTLOOK and TEAMS\n Basic Data Entry skill is a huge plus.\n Must be able to clear a criminal background check that includes a credit check and fingerprint scan.\n Must be able to pass a required Drug Screening\n Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).\n Must be eligible to work in the United States.\n\n\n

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
