Ron Tonkin Honda is looking for a Main Line Advisor who is looking for more than just a job, but a career. We are the only Honda dealership in Portland and as our business increases, the size of our service department does as well. The Main Line Advisor plays an intricate role in our Service Department because they are the main point of contact between our guests and the technicians. The Main Line Advisor will relay messages such as new issues that are found throughout the repair process, help the guests choose which services they want to be done on their vehicle, and much more! The ideal candidate would be an individual with previous service writing experience with a bright personality.
Main Line Advisor Job Responsibilities
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast. Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request. Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes. Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
