MUST HAVE:

Strong recent experience managing/leading Mainframe projects including:

Monitoring timelines.

Managing budgets.

Gathering requirements & otherwise interfacing with the business users.

Overseeing testing.

Mainframe development background before moving into a PM/management role.

Experience working for state government or other public sector client.
