Skills: + Experience in Analysis and Design; creating detail design document + Development and testing of Mainframe jobs + Strong Experience of development in the following skills (COBOL, VSAM, IBM,DB2 Tools). + Technical skillset Mainframe, COBOL, VSAM, CICS, IBM tools, DB2,EZT and JCL + Will also be involved in functional testing and executing functional batch jobs and online programs and verification of results. + Analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs. + Interpersonal skills to interact with team members. + Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Good analytical and debugging skills + Strong communication to coordinate with the interfacing applications Qualification: + Bachelor's or equivalent Degree in the required field Our success as a company is built on practicing inclusion and embracing diversity.
