Maintenance Person
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
$21+ Based on Experience
Duties: duties in carpentry, painting, plumbing, heating / cooling, ventilation, roofing and security.
Inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair / maintenance.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests. issues to determine cause and solution.
Assist with construction project management. records and prepare reports (cost analysis, proposals, etc.).
Work with all levels of management to define and prioritize work flow.
Required skills:
• Working knowledge of basic carpentry, appliances, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, drywall, boilers, as well as grounds maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues
Electrical Experience is a plus
