Temp to Hire **Industrial Maintenance Technician - Kingman, AZ** A leading provider of innovative cleaning and sanitation solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join their team in Kingman, Arizona. This critical role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our production equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Pay rate $20 - $25 per hour **Job Summary:** The Industrial Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of maintenance duties, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment such as pumps, motors, conveyors, packaging machinery, and other production-related systems. **Responsibilities:** + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment according to schedules and procedures. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions. + Install and maintain new equipment. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. + Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. + Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field preferred. + Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals. + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong _1_ communication and interpersonal skills.
