This position will plan, organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively with speed and accuracy. Greet all residents, vendors, and contractors in a warm professional manner, always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor, maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, and maintain professional relationship with guests. This person is directly responsible for resident communication regarding maintenance related issues and liaison between the Maintenance Department and the office staff.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
+ Provide excellent service to all residents, prospects, vendors, and contractors
+ Respond to residential complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
+ Maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere in the office
+ Assist with maintenance related questions residents may have or refer to the appropriate staff member or department Assist Service Manager(s) in scheduling vendors and/or contractors for service repairs with proper follow up and documentation
+ Help direct residents to the proper resources
+ Answering and responding to calls from resident’s, and/or other departments to keep work flow and communication active
+ Dispatch service requests out to technicians per severity and priority from resident portal or other departments
+ Share ideas for improving resident satisfaction and organization of workflow with the Service Manager(s)
+ Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with residents, vendors, and contractors
+ Follow up with residents regarding work orders, scheduling, and satisfactory of completed service tickets
+ Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met Regular attendance and punctuality
Additional Functions and Responsibilities:
+ Additional duties as assigned. This position is continually evolving based on needs of the community and additional duties will be required

Education and Background:
+ High school diploma
+ Strong customer service experience required
+ 1+ years property management industry experience preferred
