Maintenance Administrator
Our location in North York is looking for an experienced Maintenance Administrator as the business continues to expand! The successful candidate will perform various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory in an efficient and professional manner.



 

Key Responsibilities:

Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.

Maintain shop inventory.

Process all repair orders in a timely manner.

Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.

Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.

Assist with Accounts Payable.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.


Key Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Operate standard office equipment (i.e., copier, facsimile, personal computer, etc.)

Truck and M5 knowledge are an ASSET.
