The Maintenance & Operations Technician is responsible for completion and documentation of maintenance and repairs of grounds and facilities as assigned via the work order management system. The Maintenance and Operations Technician is assigned a specific building or area of responsibility and performs any work or project assigned by the supervisor or manager.

 

This position is located at 14002 E. 21st. St. Tulsa, OK 74134.

Responsibilities Day to day completion of called in work orders, preventive maintenance work orders, and projects as assignedPerform maintenance and repairs in the areas of, but not limited to light plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, furniture moves, grounds keeping, snow removal and salt distributionEnsure that all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed according to work order specifications Finish Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition and comply with all safety standardsSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old.Must have at least 2 years of minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, grounds keeping and custodial experienceApart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work weekMust be willing to accept starting pay of $21.63/hour.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must currently be living in Tulsa or surrounding areaMust be able to lift up to 80lbsMust be available for scheduled on call work including weekends
