Role Overview
Lead the Maintenance & Reliability program at our Blair Manufacturing site, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and managing daily operations. Provide technical expertise and leadership to support equipment reliability and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee site maintenance and reliability projects Lead improvements in equipment reliability and contractor management Develop strategic objectives, manage the budget, and ensure compliance Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting and reliability engineering

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 10+ years in maintenance/reliability 5+ years in a leadership role in a chemical plant Expertise in plant equipment, reliability principles, and predictive technologies
