Job DescriptionThe Production Manager – Maintenance energizes & motivates an experienced team of maintenance
employees to work safely, improve cycle time, focus on quality, & meet production goals. Oversees and
ensures that the equipment, machinery, general repairs, site maintenance, installation of new
equipment/systems, and preventative maintenance programs are carried out efficiently and properly.
