What's on the menu?

Qualifications: Demonstrate and understand how mechanical equipment operates and develop innovative solutions to problems. Must have knowledge of how to use hand and power tools, work in confined spaces, on ladders, in lift baskets, etc. Must have basic electrical knowledge, and troubleshoot a problem in a logical, step-by-step method. Must be agile with the flexibility to work independently with minimum supervision. Good English oral and written (reading & writing), interpersonal skills, including writing requisitions for purchase, PM’s log notes, etc. Demonstrate the ability to read and follow technical manuals and learn to use Maintenance computer systems. Must have good organization and time management skills. Work "off shifts", weekends, and complete assigned training. Mathematical knowledge, including fraction to decimal conversions, percentages, ratios, multiplication, division, and basic algebra. Physically lift, carry or hold heavy equipment parts such as motors, pumps, tooling, etc. Must enroll and pass courses at local Technical Schools.
