Bear Mountain Healthcare is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Assistance to work in our Long Term Care Facility in Hanover NH. In this role, your priority is the safety and comfort of our patients and residents as you complete a variety of tasks to maintain the building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition along with a pleasing appearance. Job Requirements: • Responsible for budget, accounts payable, department employees, reports and required documentation • Responsible for Preventative Maintenance program and ensures compliance according to local, state and federal regulations. • Maintains all facility equipment in a safe and functioning manner. • Maintains furnishings and grounds, plumbing and electrical fixtures • Responsible for fire safety • Participates in Quality Improvement and Department Head meetings About our facilities: We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing and short-term/long-term care.
