WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Ensure meticulous upkeep of our property grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings Remove trash from office areas and community on a daily basis and prepare property trash for pick-up Assist in the preparation of available units, including removing trash from vacant apartments and cleaning as needed Assist with entry level community work orders as you build your skills of your next assignment Perform cleaning functions while operating cleaning equipment, light maintenance duties and occasional exterior work Compensation: $ 17.00 - 19.00 / hour Annual performance based bonus Qualifications WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Prior experience as a Groundskeeper or Porter preferred, but not required. Early-Career Maintenance Talent – You may have minimal maintenance experience – that’s ok! If you are self-motivated and want to grow a career in the maintenance industry, this job may be a great fit for you.
