We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support our senior living community. This maintenance position is responsible for supervising preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment and grounds keeping for the Senior Living community in Burnsville, MN.
This full-time maintenance position includes the following:

Responsibilities/Job Description Repairs and maintains work orders for residents' individual living apartment homes and community spacesKeeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal, and operating motorized grounds equipmentMonitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipmentApartment turnoversDaily safety checks of mechanical systemsReplace fileters and belts as neededRepair of building hardwareSnow removalMoving FurniturePutting away Supplies Qualifications One to three years previous experience in a similar environmentVocation/Technical training preferredAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamDesire to work with older adults
Special Boilers License - State MN (must have upon hire or be able to obtain within
90-days of hire date.)
