RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT: + Perform daily air/water temperature checks, and building access security checks. + Perform basic maintenance on plumbing, electrical, lighting, and all installed facility equipment. + Assist with surface preparation/painting. + Replace a doorknob, replace a faucet or drain pipe on a sink, replace a flushing valve on a toilet, troubleshoot/repair a hospital bed, replace a light switch in a florescent fixture, reprogram a tv remote, spackle and repaint a room, clear a clogged toilet or sink with a snake or a plunger. QUALIFICATIONS OF MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT: + MUST have your own reliable vehicle and drivers license + Be willing to undergo pre-employment drug, health, and criminal background check. #LP
