As a Maintenance Associate, you'll be the go-to person for repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance. You'll ensure that our property operates smoothly and remains in top-notch condition, delivering the quality experience our guests expect. The starting wage is $20 per hour. Key Responsibilities: + Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the hotel property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. + Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently. + Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. + Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. + Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition. + Assist with seasonal projects, including grounds maintenance and snow removal. + Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team. Skills & Requirements: + A positive, team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills. + Experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). + Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. + A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Physical Demands: + Frequent lifting, bending, and walking. + Standing for extended periods. + Climbing ladders and navigating stairs. Performance Measurement: + 90-day performance review, annual performance review, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
