Key Responsibilities: + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, common areas, and hotel equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. + Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to extend the life of equipment and systems. + Maintain the cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and workshops. + Assist with seasonal property projects, including groundskeeping and winterization. + Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. + Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Skills & Requirements: + General knowledge of maintenance practices, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. + A positive, team-oriented attitude. + Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Education and Experience: + Previous maintenance experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required. Physical Demands: + Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods. + Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Performance Measurement: + 90-day performance review, task completion, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
