Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)Inspecting: Regularly inspect equipment, buildings, and systems to identify potential issues. This can include checking the condition of machinery, air conditioning, and life safety equipment. •Repairing: Perform general repairs, such as fixing drywall, doors, or leaking taps. You may also troubleshoot issues and determine what repairs are needed. •Maintaining: Perform routine maintenance on building systems, such as heating, cooling, and refrigeration. You may also maintain vehicles, such as adjusting tire pressure and checking fluid levels. •Cleaning: Clean facilities and equipment, including flooring, elevators, and stairs.
Maintenance Buliding Qualifications:
Inspection & Monitoring: Regularly inspect equipment, buildings, and systems (e.g., machinery, HVAC, life safety equipment) to identify potential issues.
Repairs & Maintenance: Perform general repairs (e.g., drywall, doors, plumbing) and routine maintenance on building systems (e.g., heating, cooling, refrigeration, vehicles).
Cleaning & Upkeep: Ensure cleanliness of facilities and equipment, including floors, elevators, and stairs.
