**Overview** This position is responsible for performing a variety of facility/garage supportive functions which include, but are not limited to; customer service, general indoor/outdoor maintenance, dealing with the public, operating and maintaining revenue control equipment, handling money, cashiering, and filling out reports. + Excellent customer service + All janitorial related tasks necessary to maintain parking facilities including replacing light bulbs, trash cleanup in and around facility, cleaning elevators, painting, green space care, cleaning rest rooms, mopping floors, etc… + Snow removal duties including shoveling, salting, and operation of snow thrower and plow + Perform customer courtesy functions + May perform other duties to ensure productive operations **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Basic Arithmetic skills + You must be able to communicate verbally in English and also demonstrate the ability to read and write in English + Ability to operate a motor vehicle including a truck with a plow + Ability to lift 50 pounds + Ability to operate light equipment such as snow throwers and salt spreaders + This position does require walking approximately 6-8 miles per day in all weather conditions + You must demonstrate a high tolerance level and extreme patience A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
