Maintenance Clerk

\n Write and place purchase orders. Coordinate and organize parts room and supplies, under direction of supervisor. Perform customer service for vendors and employees, helping them sign out parts as they are used. Train employees on applicable computer system. Maintain computer database/spreadsheets. Perform data entry of parts room supply information. Conduct STOP program audits and report safety related issues to management on all shifts. Handle miscellaneous parts room filing. Maintain inventory of production supplies. Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all established safety rules and procedures. Must take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards. Keep work area clean and organized. Follow all applicable procedures. Other duties as assigned by management. Schedule PM’s with assistance from scheduler. Request parts for scheduled maintenance. Schedule maintenance from PM’s. Control of Capex schedule. Submit and close Capex projects. \n High school diploma or GED Experience in a manufacturing environment is needed, with a minimum of 1-2 years of office experience. Must have basic Excel and Word skills in order to use computer. Must be able to accurately complete and maintain records, and have good communication skills. \n
