What You’ll Be Doing

Provide timely and effective communications to the business team Perform all goods receipts in Manager Plus system, print barcode labels, counts stock items, and tag all inventoriable goods Operate RF scanners, computer, and ERP system Manage stock and inventory Ability to make suggestions and informed decisions quickly Perform other duties as required Ensure that all parts put on the parts ordering excel sheet are ordered within 1 day of being put on ordering sheet Stores items in an orderly, well-marked and accessible manner in parts area, maintenance shop, trailers, and other areas. Records location data into the Manager Plus system. Prepares purchase orders and sends copies to suppliers and to department that requested items. Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and track the status of requisitions, and orders Match all paperwork (Packing slip, Work Orders, and Invoices) with PO’s

What You’ll Bring

At least 2 years of experience in Maintenance within Manufacturing environment or related field a plus Experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) preferred High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload Experience working with SAP System preferred Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment Understanding of LTL shipments, Bill of Lading and PO processing Strong communication skills and attention to detail  Must be able to work overtime, various shifts and holidays when needed

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location
