The role:
The Maintenance Control Section (MCS) Data Controller role supports Raytheon Australia’s Amberley based Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program (ACEASP) to meet production goals through the execution of technical, configuration, Raytheon Australia and Australian Defence Force (ADF) maintenance management information systems activities to deliver off aircraft Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM) requirements.
The MCS Data Controller is a hybrid role responsible for managing and controlling all CAMM2 and Raytheon's EAGLE electronic maintenance documentation as applicable to maintenance activities undertaken for Super Hornet and Growler systems, repairable items, and equipment under the ACEASP RAYASH CAMM2 venue. In addition, the role provides redundancy to the Technical Officer position providing organic technical support, liaison with AEO and enterprise partners, oversight/co-ordination of technical issues and new capability coming into the program.
Working with the Senior Maintenance Manager (SMM) in ensuring Technical and Regulatory compliance is an essential element of this role.
Key responsibilities include:
CAMM2 data management in accordance with AAP 7001 series publications, DASR and AAP 7001.060(AM1) CAMM2 series of publications.Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed and certified IAW the approved Raytheon MMP, Raytheon procedures and ADF requirements for the CAMM2 system.Manage the ACEASP RAYASH CAMM2 venue and access requirements for all Raytheon and other staff using this venue.Manage the Raytheon Australia EAGLE system at the local level, providing guidance and assistance on the EAGLE tool to maintenance staff as required.Action applicable Maintenance Policy Amendment Notices (MPANs) as issued by ACEA-SPO.Asset reception into the CAMM2 and EAGLE systems as required.Co-ordinate the investigation, documentation, and submission of technical issues to the AEO.Provide technical support to program maintenance and logistics staff as required.The person:
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Aeroskills or national equivalent qualification.Completion of CAMM2 Data Manager training.Understanding and application of ADF airworthiness and maintenance management systems.Strongly developed analytical and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated technical expertise and critical thinking skills.Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as needed.
