Benefits & Perks:Excellent opportunity to join a large organization providing Administrative support to the maintenance department. Onsite position Monday to Friday Free parkingResponsibilities:Prepare monthly reports for the maintenance department ensuring proper documentation is current including KPI reports  Create and update SOPs and distribute updated communications throughout the maintenance department Provide support to the Maintenance Administrator Track and document technical training updates for the maintenance departmentProvide up-to-date safety documentation for the maintenance department Other administrative duties as assignedQualifications:Three plus years of experience in a Maintenance Coordinator / Maintenance Administrator role Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset  Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Able to prioritize responsibilities as well as take on new tasks Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePointExcellent written and verbal communication skills
