Quality Carriers, Inc. (QC), headquartered in Tampa, FL, is North America's largest bulk liquid chemical carrier. Through a network of more than 100 terminals and facilities, we transport a broad range of chemical products and provide our customers with value-added transportation services. 

Essential Functions:

Coordinates internal resources (shop and terminal) and third party vendors for the execution of
equipment repair and maintenance Ensures all equipment repairs and/or routine maintenance is scheduled, tracked, and properly
documented Review vehicle inspection reports Creates repair and purchase orders and procures parts using maintenance management
software (TMT) under the direction of the shop manager Maintains and updates inventory and reconciles discrepancies.  Performs quarterly inventories Answers phones and copies, scans, and emails vehicle maintenance files as necessary Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned 

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferred

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities (Competencies)

Be able to read and understand English Good communication skills Must be able to take direction/supervision and work cooperatively with others Ability to use computer and related software programs to accomplish assigned tasks Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals Be able to sit for prolonged periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point, a plus.
