Maintenance Coordinator

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our amazing team in Asheville, NC!

Pay: $47k - $57k per year dependent on experience, skills and certifications

Schedule: Monday through Friday with on call services

 

Summary: Manage maintenance of multiple facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and provide a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
• Provides counsel to management regarding facility issues.
• Handles and /or supervises snow removal and landscaping.
• Has responsibility to respond to off-hours facility emergencies.
• Provides Risk Participation at a corporate level.
• Maintains all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
• Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
• Landscaping and other duties assigned.

Required Qualifications
Education, Licensure, & Experience
High School Diploma/GED; plumbing, electrical, building, and heating experience; past experience with building codes and/or construction, landscaping

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required at moderate levels to walk, stoop, twist, kneel, or crouch. The employee must lift and/ or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision levels required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet & indoors. This position will require local travel. This position will be scheduled based on operational need & will be required to provide own transportation. Incumbent may be exposed to virus, disease, and/or infection from clients in the work environment.
