Maintenance Coordinator
Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a growing commercial property management business in the search for a Maintenance Coordinator. Located on the east side of Winnipeg, this is an ideal opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working with the trades.

Key responsibilities will include:Assisting with the daily operations of the Maintenance department including work order creation and trackingPreparing contracts and assisting with the development of a planned maintenance programAssisting with coordination of various projectsTracking the maintenance budget and updating financial recordsObtaining quotes, creating bid forms, and issuing purchase ordersUpdating the database and tracking inventoryProviding customer service to resident managers and tenants as neededĀ 
The ideal candidate will have:1+ year of previous experience in property management or constructionRelated post-secondary education (business or administration) is an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to follow up promptlyProficiency with MS Office
