Maintenance Coordinator
Job Title: Maintenance CoordinatorJob Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator where you will oversee the implementation and usage of maintenance-related continuous improvement systems and tools within the department. You will partner with Production Teams, Maintenance Technicians, MRO Storeroom Personnel, and other Planners to support daily operations at our site. You will schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities, determine the best approach for work order completion, and ensure parts availability. Additionally, you will initiate purchase requisitions for MRO-related parts and services, enforce site safety, environmental and GMP rules and regulations, and use CMMS (SAP) to monitor and improve the performance of the department’s Maintenance and Reliability program.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment with a lot of moving parts. Safety is paramount in our FDA-regulated facility, where hair nets and beard nets are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00
