Maintenance Coordinator (Part Time, Year-Round) Starting at $21.00 per hour

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for secretarial support, administration and communication for the entire maintenance department.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hire and schedule seasonal office staff.Data Entry.Answering telephones, screening and placing calls. Transmit/relay messages and respond to all radio transmissions pertaining to Facilities operations. Ensure phone and radio coverage during absence.Maintain ride inspection reports, New York State inspection reports, monthly Genesee County Health Department Reports, Sewer Treatment and Well Reports. Compile data for the Department of Environmental Conservation. Support team with invoice tracking, and vendor questions.Ensures confidentiality of correspondence, employee records, files and oral communications.Compile weekly full-time payroll information; Optim8 scheduling of seasonal, full-time staff, and park service.Check over, validate all seasonal and full-time time sheets in Optim 8.Clear any disputed time punches and fix in EASCoordinate office supplies/stationary needs and maintenance service for office equipment.Drop off and pick up mail to/from the Administration Building.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a valid NYS Driver’s License.Must have good telephone skills.Excellent oral and written communication abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize workflowProficient/skilled in Microsoft Office applications. Must have six months' experience in using Word, Outlook, and Excel.Experience in the field of Maintenance is preferred as well as supervisory experience.Knowledge of basic office equipment use including copy machine, scanner, computer, printer. Must know how to copy and move files between computer drives, desktop, and computer applications. Must know how to trouble shoot equipment.Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed.Five years of administrative experience and/or an Associate’s degree at minimumPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
