PL 12 (II: 60138783) 86,800 to 115,700

The Job You Will Perform:

Responsible for all aspects of electrical and instrumentation maintenance workflow, coordination, execution, and equipment reliability performance.  Expected to partner with different operating managers in each of the areas within the department, the Maintenance management team, other technical disciplines, planning, contracted maintenance, mill stores, project engineering, and reliability engineering functions to ensure high equipment availability, facility preservation, and overall reliable production that meets customer demands within budget.  Reports to the E&I Area Maintenance Manager. Safe execution of work and managing and leading others to work safely is an essential accountability. Lead and manage safety of direct reports through both proven and innovative techniques. Environmental excellence must be maintained.  Maintain multi-million dollar critical equipment at world class availability. Meet or beat financial and production targets in all measurement periods. Directly manage repair spending to meet budget. Select, hire, and develop top technical and non-technical abilities in all direct reports. Personally lead to achieve excellent teamwork with other disciplines, operations, and the mill lead team. Serve in mill-wide leadership roles, such as reliability, basic care, and safety leadership teams. Take weekend call rotation.

 

The Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge You Will Bring:

Proven safety record (individual performance and leadership) 10 years E&I maintenance experience including workflow, work execution, planning and preventive/predictive maintenance: Substantial knowledge of and experience maintaining electrical power distribution, motors, drives, instrumentation, PLC, and DCS systems Strong problem solving and decision making skills and experience on production equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated team leadership skills to achieve important results Functional/Technical Skills, Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Managerial Courage, Managing Through Systems, Building Effective Teams, Motivating Others, Managing and Measuring Work, Peer Relationships
