Weekly payAnthem - BlueCross Blue shieldBenefits kick in on the 1st of the month after 30 daysSundays are double timePerfect Candidate:Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting with a 60/40 or 70/30 electrical to mechanical ratio.Industrial maintenance experience.Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics, and interpret hydraulic symbols.Capability to read and use a volt/multi-meter.Experience in replacing belts, bearings, and brackets on conveyor lines.Job DescriptionMaintain and troubleshoot 250-ton to 1,600-ton stamping presses, spot welding machines, assembly machines, weld cells, and robotic welding machines.Perform mechanical troubleshooting on conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, valves, bearings, pumps, cylinders, and machine installations.Troubleshoot Fanuc and Panasonic robots.Conduct MIG welding and fabrication of equipment.Electrically troubleshoot up to 480v, AC/DC single phase and three phase systems.Test sensors electrically, adjust wires in motors, change lighting, and adjust equipment.Trace and troubleshoot motor contactors and wiring issues.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Perform general building maintenance, including painting, plumbing, and piping.Pay and Benefits
