**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for providing emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. This role also involves performing scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service, including preventative maintenance and unscheduled corrective repairs. The position requires programming, setup, and troubleshooting of DC and VFD drives, as well as control panel modifications and system upgrades. The Maintenance Electrician will perform mechanical repairs across various domains including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
+ Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
+ Conduct programming, setup, and troubleshooting of DC and VFD drives.
+ Modify control panels and upgrade systems.
+ Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.
+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
+ Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with power supplies, control circuits, pump control, motors, motor control, AC power, pipe bending.
+ Ability to conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance service on all manufacturing machinery.
+ Skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics repair, assembly, troubleshooting, and electro-mechanical maintenance.
+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance and blueprint reading.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent, or technical schooling required.
+ Technical training with exposure to high-speed equipment.
+ 5+ years of related experience in packing machines/production machines and industrial 480V-3PH electricity.
+ Competent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with others and comprehend work instructions.
+ Basic computer skills with the ability to use tablets for work orders selection and completion.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $68515.20 - $85654.40/yr.
