Provide timely response to production staff inquiries, swiftly identifying and resolving issues. Participate in proactive maintenance efforts, enhancing operational efficiency. Utilize drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to guide industrial electrical equipment installations. Perform installation, inspection, replacement, and repair of electrical components, wiring, and fixtures. Execute testing and maintenance procedures on electrical and electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot, rectify and upkeep various electrical control systems and associated devices. Maintenance Electrician Qualifications Maintain a current Ontario Industrial Electrician License. College Degree in a technical discipline, preference for electrical, computer, or electronics fields. Accumulate 5 years of relevant factory production industrial experience or completion of an Apprenticeship program in Canada. Display expertise in installation and programming, particularly focusing on VFD drives, servo drives, PLC controlled Automation, motor control circuits, and industrial instrumentation. Exhibit a comprehensive grasp of the Ontario Electrical Code. Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
