**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician** **Job Description** Work directly with the supervisor to conduct preventative maintenance, routine and emergency repairs on equipment and plant structures. A large part of the job will involve servicing and repairing robot welders. This position requires a multi-crafted Maintenance candidate with mechanical and electrical skills. Recent repair work includes repairing chillers, motor swaps, process water systems, air compressors, piece changes on robots, facilities work, conveyor upkeep, and more. **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventative maintenance, routine, and emergency repairs on equipment and plant structures. + Service and repair robot welders. + Perform mechanical and electrical repair work, including chillers, motor swaps, process water systems, air compressors, and conveyor upkeep. + Handle facilities work and piece changes on robots. **Essential Skills** + Robotics Experience (robotic welding preferred, 95% Fanuc). + AC/DC drives troubleshooting. + Pneumatics (major part of the job). + Bending conduit. + Heavy electrical experience. + Ability to read and work with blueprints/schematics. + Proficiency in electrical, conduit, troubleshooting, maintenance technician tasks, industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, repair, preventive maintenance, industrial maintenance, installation, PLC troubleshooting, PLC control, Fanuc control, and Fanuc robotics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-4 Years of industrial maintenance experience. + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience. + Robotics experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided). + Automotive experience preferred. + Maintenance degree preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive hourly wage plus shift differential, 401K with 6% match, 104 hours of Vacation/PTO immediately, double pay for working holidays, and no July shutdown (work a shutdown last week of the year). The facility, built in 2016, is very clean for the industry with no presses, contributing to a cleaner workspace.
