Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician with strong skills in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience with motor control centers, three-phase motor installation and controls, and the ability to run conduit. Knowledge of PLCs and Arc Flash 70E is a plus.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including fixing lights, breaker boxes, and motors.Install and maintain three-phase motors and control systems.Run conduit and perform wiring tasks for various electrical installations.Work with automation controls and motor control centers.Ensure compliance with safety standards, including Arc Flash 70E.Essential SkillsBasic knowledge in PLCsExperience in preventive maintenanceProficiency with motor control centers and automation controlsSkilled in three-phase motor installation and controlsAbility to troubleshoot electrical systemsExperience with running conduitKnowledge of 120v-480v light fixturesFamiliarity with Arc Flash 70EAdditional Skills & QualificationsForklift experienceMechanical knowledgeTWIC card is a plusWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in the ship channel area of Houston in an industrial environment with large silos and barges. The facility is non-climate controlled, so candidates will be subject to the day's weather conditions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
