PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, BSP (APT, JSA etc) and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.Responsible for all rotation and static mechanical equipment inclusive of compressor, pumps, valve and other mechanical equipments, such as: centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, cryogenic pumps, heater exchangers, pipelines, centrifugal expanders, varying from facilities.Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations.To be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain all mechanical equipments accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable.Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement MI work, such as SAP PM01-03 tasks, troubleshooting, repair for all responsibly equipment.Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.Provide technical reports through the specified datasheet or checklist in the system (ERP,SAP) or other model required.Implement CI (continuous improvement) saving activity, idea tracker provision.Follow to improve equipment’s reliability and focus on CoNC.Reporting-Time entry weekly, and prepare technical reports either written or through entries into the resource management system to maintain accurate documentations on the plants, and to provide information for others in the organization to carry out their responsibilities effectively.Business travel within region is required based on the actual need.Support CoNC root cause investigation and action plan.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Educational: Technician College or university graduated and holder in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering.Working Experience:(106P) Prefer the relative working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical industry manufacturing environment and minimum requirements for the mechanical technician’s position are 1 year.(107P) Prefer the relative working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical industry manufacturing environment and minimum requirements for the mechanical technician’s position are 3 years in rotating machinery maintenance.(108P) The minimum requirements for the mechanical technician’s position are 5 years experience hands-on in reciprocating, rotating , centrifugal machinery ,pipe and welding techniques. The technician should be familiar with basic math, precision measuring, materials of machinery.(109P) The minimum requirements for the mechanical technician’s position are 8 years experience hands-on in reciprocating, rotating , centrifugal machinery ,pipe and welding techniques. The technician should be familiar with basic math, precision measuring, material of machinery, rigging, layout drawings and oxygen cleaning. Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable with English language.Able to work independently as well as in a team player.Basic office software operation.
