1. 配合维修主管管理公司所有设备和设施，并实施维修维护。
2. 制定关键自动化设备预防性和预测性维护计划。
3. 工厂智能制造/数字化转型相关系统解决方案管理。
4. 根据新工艺，新需要独立开发部分非标自动化设备。
5. 自动设备采购，验收，放行。
6. 关键设备相关的WI、SOP、TPM、KPI文件的制订、监督。
7. 完成关键设备问题的分析报告。
8. 上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。
1. 机械工程，自动化，工业工程等相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上制造业自动化项目实施经验。
2. 熟悉体系工具，如：IATF16949, SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem solving skills等。
3. 了解常见非标自动化设备的机械结构和电气原理。
4. 熟悉PMP项目管理流程和方法，具有范围管理、时间管理、质量管理等协调和沟通能力。
5. 中英文良好的沟通能力，英语CET4以上。
